No problem. When you already own the software your licenses can be transferred and you pay reduced rates for Ntakt7 services.

We can host replicated data from almost any vendor. By moving to an Ntakt7 data center you benefit with a remote backup location, and reduce costs for onsite IT assets, staffing and data center operational costs.

Will I need to buy more bandwidth?

Maybe, but probably not. Most data replication software today does a good job optimizing bandwidth. Call our engineering team to discuss further.

Do I need to buy the software (e.g. DoubleTake, SteelEye or NeverFail)?

You can if you'd like, but why pay for the software upfront? Our service includes the software as a part of our monthly fee. If you already own the software, our services go for a lower monthly rate.

How much storage can you handle?

As much as you can throw at us. Our data center is equipped to handle a ton of data. If you have more than 10TB of data, installation time could be longer and additional installation fees *may* apply.

How long does installation take?

There are a variety of factors that can affect installation time, however, most of our customers are completely installed in under 30 business days. That's right, you can have a full DR solution implemented and fully functional in under 30 days.
